The house market is a constantly changing entity.  Is it a Seller's market or a Buyer's market?  Should I wait to sell or buy now?  What is a fair price for my home in this market?  Is Vermont's market different than where I am coming form?  End of March - Vermont Housing Finance Agency releases a report called "Between A Rock And A Hard Place".  Bad news - not enough housing and hard to afford.
